A few weeks ago, this little seedling of an idea was planted in my brain and I’ve thought about very little else since. I am a judgmental person. I know this about my self (which is the first step to change, right?) I am pessimistic by nature and hard on others just as much as I’m hard on myself. I’m a “Do what you say and say what you mean” kind of gal and don’t like to give second chances. It’s made me a bit of a rough person and I don’t like being so jaded, so I’ve been working on it. It’s been quite a hard journey, but in all my efforts on my own, I’ve never been told we should pray to see the world the way Jesus does. WOW. Continue reading
This topic has been sitting in my drafts for months because I thought once that it’d be a good post, then promptly forgot all about it :). Then, as things tend to happen often with me, the same idea started popping up in conversations with several friends. Unprovoked, and this draft still forgotten, something began stirring in my heart and my gears started turning. THEN I remembered this post sitting here waiting to be written. Funny how God does things isn’t it?
